| Take the next left off Tecumseh, in front of Mineola Lake onto Uncas Avenue. Upon the hill to your right is a low wall with a central arch, a replica of King Arthur's seat in England. This memorial belongs to the family of William VanDuzer Lawrence. Lawrence established a company bearing his name, founded both Lawrence Hospital and Sarah Lawrence College and is credited with building much of modern day Bronxville. |
